To order a bike, please follow the following steps:
Filling in your personal details
Have you made up your mind? We’re moving on!
Fill in the billing address. Normally, this is your own address. For business orders, you can fill in your company’s address and name.
The next step is choosing a payment method. You can choose the iDeal payment method. You’ll automatically be transferred to the trusted environment of your chosen payment service. Make sure your bank card is within reach.
Paying with iDeal is possible if you have a Dutch bank card.
After finishing your payment, you’ll be sent back to our shop and see a payment confirmation. This will also be sent to you via email. If something went wrong, you’ll be notified. In that case, check our FAQ or contact our customer service.
When picking up your new bike at one of our dealers, there are two things you shouldn’t forget.
Our dealer will ask you for the payment confirmation. You can print this, but you can also show it on your smartphone or tablet.
Always bring a valid ID.
You can pick up your bike whenever you like, but keep in mind that after 30 days your bike will be sent back to our warehouse.
